By the time we were approached to re-invent Residence 2N, it had already spent 364 days on and off the market. It was furnished, but not drawing enough interest to move the needle. We worked our magic ahead of the relaunch, helping it move into contract in 26 days

When we first laid eyes on the apartment, the fundamentals were there: strong bones, generous proportions, and solid natural light. But the layout and presentation weren't helping buyers read the space. Rooms felt smaller than they were, furniture placement broke circulation, and key moments like the living room scale and dining potential weren't landing. The apartment showed as "lived in," not "move-in ready."

So we staged to restore proportion and function: scaling the living room to show its full width and entertaining capacity, replacing outdated light fixtures to sharpen the read, simplifying the bedrooms to highlight natural light and square footage, and using impactful works of art to guide sight lines and hold buyers' eyes in spaces that once felt empty.

The re-frame immediately helped buyers see the potential that had been there all along.
