Senior
Designer
Salary Range: $80K-$90K
This role is designed for someone with extensive design experience who is ready to begin handling high end projects from day one as well as help drive the company forward. The role requires someone who is self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented, and passionate about growth, both within their own ability and the company's as a whole. You are expected to be able to handle a staging project from conception through installation and support your colleagues on theirs.
Junior
Designer
Salary Range: $60K-$80K
This role is designed for someone with design experience who is ready to begin handling projects from the start. The role requires someone who is self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented, and passionate about growth, both within their own ability and the companies as a whole. You are expected to be able to handle a staging project from conception through installation and support your colleagues on theirs.
Warehouse Manager
Salary Range: $80K-$90K
This role is designed for someone organized and energetic with passion for growth and a desire to play a part in building the company alongside the rest of the team. You have two major areas of responsibility, inventory management and warehouse management. No two days are the same and you need to be purposeful with how you manage your time and thoughtful in how you approach your schedule. An accurate inventory and an orderly warehouse are a sign of a job well done.
Warehouse Assistant
Salary Range: $50K-$70K
This role is designed for someone with a desire to learn how best to help others see their visions realized. This role requires someone who is very detail oriented and organized. You are expected to execute a large number of small tasks with little error and handle very expensive and unique items on a regular basis.
Install and Removal Assistant
Salary Range: $30 an hour
This role is designed for someone with a desire to learn through experience. The role requires someone who is self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented, and passionate about growth, both within their own ability and the company's as a whole. You are expected to be able learn new skills quickly and own the project and tasks assigned to you.
