This NoHo loft was originally designed for a magazine. We remade it into a home someone could actually move into, and it sold in 42 days.

The home came with a serious design pedigree from the start: designed by Giancarlo Valle, styled by Colin King, and photographed for Architectural Digest, the kind of space most people only ever see in print. That was the challenge. A room shot for a magazine is made to be admired, and a buyer needs to picture a life there, not just a photograph.

So we didn't try to replicate what those names had done. We built on the foundation they left and reworked the design toward something a person could actually live in.

Shown as a home instead of an editorial set, it found its buyer quickly.
